Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Ikshana Cottages, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to balance guest flexibility with operational requirements.
1. Cancellation Before 30 Days
If you cancel more than 30 days before check-in, 10% of the total booking amount will be retained as a processing fee. The remaining amount will be refunded
2. Cancellation Between 15–30 Days
If you cancel 15–30 days prior to check-in, 50% of the booking amount will be retained. The balance 50% will be refunded.
3. Cancellation Within 15 Days
Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be retained.
4. No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to check-in without prior notice will forfeit the entire booking amount.
5. Early Departure
In case of early departure after check-in, no refunds will be issued for unused nights.
6. Modifications to Booking
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. The original cancellation policy applies to the initial booking.
7. Group Bookings
Custom cancellation terms may apply to group reservations. Please contact our reservations team for specific terms.
8. Force Majeure Clause
In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, travel restrictions, or pandemics, we will work with guests to offer rescheduling or credits where possible.
Refund Timeline
- 75% refund if cancellation is made more than 22 days before check-in.
- 50% refund if cancellation is made between 15–21 days before check-in.
- 25% refund if cancellation is made between 7–14 days before check-in.
No refund for cancellations within 7 days of check-in or no-shows.
