1. Arrival & Departure Policy
Check-In Time: 11.00AM
Check-Out Time: 1:00 PM
Early check-in is subject to availability. To guarantee early check-in, we recommend booking the previous night.
2. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations, modifications, or curtailments are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
3. Extra Person & Child Policy
- Children under 5 years stay free without an extra bed.
- Children aged 5–10 years will be charged at child rates.
- Guests aged 10 years and above will be charged as adults.
4. Government ID Requirement
Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in. Accepted IDs: Passport, Driver’s License, Aadhaar Card. (PAN card not accepted.)
5. Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted at Ikshana Cottages.
